Charlotte listened to our slightly chaotic descriptions of what we were aiming for and incorporated our vision into a set of product photos that, frankly, exceeded my expectations. They will be part of our new website and have already featured on our social media. After this session we were able to coalesce around what had been largely an unquantified vision and actively move forward with the final stages (implementation) of our branding project. We've since booked a full session with Charlotte. The impact her professionalism, vision, and quality of work will have on our brand will be immense. While I can see any sized business benefiting from contracting with Charlotte, I think her mindset and attention to detail are an exceptional asset for smaller businesses that might lack the robust marketing team/resources to pull off what she can produce and therefore have felt confined by their own constraints.
